Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hotel operations or related field
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be outgoing and self-starter
  • Ability to implement corporate strategies as directed
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Proven experience in hotel operations management or similar role

  • Experience in developing and maintaining service culture
  • Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance standards

Job Duties

  • Supervise all departments with a focus on housekeeping and maintenance
  • Assist the General Manager in developing a service culture
  • Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline according to Naman standards
  • Attend and/or conduct all training/meetings as required by management
  • Inspect rooms and public areas daily
  • Ensure that public areas and guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to Naman and brand standards
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
  • Deliver communication between corporate office and team members and facilitate tools for development and empowerment for our valued team members
  • Implement all strategies set forth by brand and corporate team
