Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven track record of at least 5 years managing in a similar role
- experience leading teams of 10 or more employees
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- strong decision-making skills
- flexibility to work varied schedules including events and outside typical business hours
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- reliable and committed work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years continuous managerial experience
- experience supervising teams of 10 or more people

Job Duties
- Represent the Block by Block culture and mission
- coordinate recruitment, selection of candidates, onboarding and training of all new Ambassadors
- continually adjust deployment of resources to meet daily changing needs
- identify and solve problems to improve program quality
- manage procurement and inventory of supplies and equipment
- report outcomes through various reporting channels including app-based systems, spreadsheets, Kronos timekeeping, and budgets
- provide hands-on working management in the field to coach, mentor, and train staff on standard policies and procedures
