As an operations lead at Starbucks Reserve®, you will significantly contribute to the brand's success by assisting operations managers, associate managers, and specialists in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will be entrusted with upholding operational excellence through the consistent delivery of high-quality products and service, modeling the Starbucks guiding principles, and fostering a positive and inclusive team culture. This position demands the ability to maintain composure during high-volume periods, anticipate customer and operational needs, and ensure every shift delivers the unique Starbucks Reserve® experience that customers expect.
Moreover, the role involves coaching new partners, supporting their training with positive reinforcement and constructive feedback, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage or retail environment preferred
- Ability to uphold Starbucks' culture and values
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership experience or potential
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the team
- Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues and communicate information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary
- Assist with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed
- Provide feedback to operations manager
- Contribute to positive team environment
- Deliver legendary service to all customers
