As one of the fastest-growing online jewelry companies globally, Brilliant Earth continuously seeks passionate, motivated individuals who are eager to contribute meaningfully and grow their careers within a dynamic and evolving organization.

This particular role is for a part-time Security and Operations Coordinator based at Brilliant Earth's Distribution Center in Secaucus, New Jersey. Responsibilities include managing visitor check-in processes, enforcing security protocols, conducting routine security patrols, and supporting emergency response efforts. The role also involves becoming proficient in the company’s security technology platforms including CCTV, access control, and intrusion alarm systems, as well as handling security ticketing for the Distribution Center and showroom locations.

Beyond security, the Coordinator supports facilities operations by managing maintenance requests, coordinating vendor activities, and ensuring timely resolutions of issues that may impact operational efficiency or security. This position requires a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Security and Operations Coordinator is essential to upholding Brilliant Earth’s standards of safety, security, and operational excellence while supporting the company’s broader mission to lead responsible jewelry retailing with integrity and care.
