Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in wine or spirits industry preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications
- Experience with a wine importer/wholesaler/retailer a plus but not required
- Proficient at using Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Good knowledge of and passion for the fine wine category
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
Job Duties
- Process direct orders, working closely with various sales teams
- Oversee multi-warehouse inventory reconciliations
- Oversee daily vendor invoice entries
- Warehouse transfer inbounding and ETA communications to sales team
- Customer service and troubleshooting for direct and national sales teams
