The role of Operating Room Nurse Manager at Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - North Garland is pivotal in driving the operational success of the surgical department. Job Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing
  • Five years experience in surgery as circulator
  • Two years experience in surgery management including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care
  • Current Texas RN License
  • BLS certification
  • CNOR preferred
  • Strong independent decision making skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians
