Attracting and retaining top talent through effective hiring, development, and performance management is also a key part of the role. You will collaborate closely with Managers and Market Leaders to execute operational plans, monitor performance metrics, and implement company campaigns and initiatives. The position requires a strong focus on building customer relationships, resolving complaints, and fostering a safe workplace environment.

This position offers significant earning potential with a six-figure income opportunity, uncapped bonus incentives, and weekly pay. Whataburger supports schedule flexibility, leadership growth, and career advancement. Comprehensive healthcare and life insurance benefits, extensive paid time off starting at five weeks, a 401(k) plan with company match, and various employee discounts are included. Additional perks include paid parental leave, short and long-term disability coverage, scholarships for employees and their dependents, hardship grant assistance through the Whataburger Family Foundation, and recognition programs for outstanding contributions.
