Job Duties

- Stock, clean, and organize the kitchen for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with teammates to keep operations running smoothly
- Assist with inventory tracking and restocking
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area throughout the shift
- Support cooks and managers with additional tasks as needed
- Ensure all prep items meet Rocky's quality and freshness standards
