The Onsite Server / Bartender role is part-time and is located at Yosemite Lakes Park in Coarsegold, California, a beautiful non-gated community in the Sierra Mountain foothills. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $16.90 per hour. Yosemite Lakes Park features stunning natural landscapes, custom-built homes on large lots, and numerous amenities such as a golf course, clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, ball fields, picnic areas, and hiking trails, creating an exceptional environment for residents and guests.

In this position, the Onsite Server is responsible for providing welcoming, attentive, and professional service to residents and guests in dining settings. The individual must maintain a positive attitude and work effectively with team members in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The primary focus is on delivering an excellent dining experience that prioritizes hospitality, accuracy, quality, and professionalism. Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, answering questions about food and beverage offerings, serving meals accurately, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, handling payments, supporting event setups, and ensuring timely service with attention to customer satisfaction.

Successful candidates for this role will have relevant server experience, required certifications such as a CA food handler’s permit and CA RBS certification, and excellent interpersonal skills. The position demands the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work varying schedules including evenings and weekends.
