The Maintenance Porter position at RealManage is a critical role dedicated to the upkeep, safety, and aesthetic appeal of community properties under the company’s management. This part-time role involves working directly alongside the Maintenance Manager to perform preventative maintenance, conduct routine inspections, and address necessary repairs efficiently, ensuring that community residents enjoy well-maintained, safe, and clean living environments. It requires a hands-on individual with experience in general maintenance skills including carpentry, concrete work, fencing, drywall, plumbing, and painting. Expertise in janitorial duties, groundskeeping, and safety inspections also plays a key role in maintaining the high standards RealManage is known for. The company offers competitive pay ranging from $21.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on education and experience, making this an appealing opportunity for maintenance professionals looking to join a dynamic and growing organization focused on employee wellbeing and community satisfaction.

The Maintenance Porter role is more than just a technical maintenance position; it’s an opportunity to contribute positively to communities, ensuring that all residents feel proud and secure in their living spaces. The position encourages proactive and preventive measures rather than reactive fixes, emphasizing the importance of identifying potential issues before they escalate. The Maintenance Porter will be responsible for managing work orders through the system, ensuring prompt and accurate completion of tasks, as well as applying knowledge across a variety of maintenance disciplines. RealManage also indicates that the role may evolve according to community needs and encourages flexibility and adaptability among team members. This dynamic nature offers employees the chance for continuous learning and growth while positively impacting the quality of life within the communities served. Additionally, RealManage fosters an inclusive and diverse workplace, making it a welcoming environment for all qualified candidates.
