Job Requirements
- living and working onsite at the property
- background in hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or high-volume hospitality
- experience running a market, property, or operation with real autonomy
- strong organizational and follow-through skills
- ability to triage under pressure and prioritize tasks
- flexibility to work outside traditional business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to make decisions with incomplete information
- exceptional problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- experience in hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or high-volume hospitality operations
- proven ability to run a market, property, or operation with real autonomy

- comfort with ambiguity and adapting to fast-paced growth-stage environments
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- manage reservations across Landing's platform and OTA channels like Airbnb and Booking.com
- oversee member experience from booking through checkout including tickets, inquiries, and escalations
- build and maintain property and housekeeping partner relationships
- monitor market KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and growth
- coordinate reservations and escalate maintenance issues with property management teams
- manage onboarding, installation, desinstallation, and launching of units at the property
- report property performance to management
