Job Requirements

  • living and working onsite at the property
  • background in hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or high-volume hospitality
  • experience running a market, property, or operation with real autonomy
  • strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • ability to triage under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • flexibility to work outside traditional business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to make decisions with incomplete information
  • exceptional problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • experience in hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or high-volume hospitality operations
  • proven ability to run a market, property, or operation with real autonomy
  • strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • ability to triage and prioritize under pressure
  • comfort with ambiguity and adapting to fast-paced growth-stage environments
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • manage reservations across Landing's platform and OTA channels like Airbnb and Booking.com
  • oversee member experience from booking through checkout including tickets, inquiries, and escalations
  • build and maintain property and housekeeping partner relationships
  • monitor market KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and growth
  • coordinate reservations and escalate maintenance issues with property management teams
  • manage onboarding, installation, desinstallation, and launching of units at the property
  • report property performance to management
