Job Requirements
- education in event management or related field preferred
- significant event management experience
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- availability for onsite event days
- reliable transportation
- legal authorization to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- proven experience in event management
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- experience in social impact or nonprofit sector is a plus
- familiarity with Springfield, MA event venues preferred
Job Duties
