Located in Richmond, Texas, the Del Webb Sweetgrass Homeowners Association is a vibrant and active 55+ community managed by RealManage Elevated Onsite. Sweetgrass offers its residents a rich lifestyle experience complemented by a wide array of community amenities designed to promote social engagement, physical activity, relaxation, and connection. Key attractions within the community include The Lakehouse, which serves as both an office and a gathering hub, along with community pools, a fitness center, dog park, various sport courts, a putting green, and scenic community parks. The role of the Onsite Concierge at Del Webb Sweetgrass is essential to maintaining the high standards of customer service and community support that residents expect. This part-time position, offering a pay range between $17.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience, requires the candidate to be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. Scheduled primarily in early mornings and limited Sunday hours, the Onsite Concierge is responsible for ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the community’s front desk.
Responsibilities encompass various administrative and customer service functions, including managing front desk operations, handling inquiries via phone and email, administering the Lost and Found program, and supporting community orientation processes for new residents. The role also involves membership administration duties, facility access control, event registration, facility rental coordination, and financial transaction processing, which requires strong organization and attention to detail. Candidates for this position should bring at least two years of customer service, administrative, or hospitality experience, along with proficient computer and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in HOA or hospitality environments and familiarity with membership or reservation software systems.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of customer service, administrative, hospitality, or related experience
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 10-15 pounds
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment
- Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer screens
- Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual meetings
- Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels
- Ability to work a standard schedule, with occasional extended hours as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum two years of customer service, administrative, hospitality, or related experience
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Experience in HOA, country club, recreation center, or hospitality environments preferred
- Experience with membership, reservation, or HOA software systems preferred
Job Duties
- Manage the front desk and lobby area and a constant presence at the front desk
- Answer resident inquiries, telephone calls, and emails
- Provide consistently prompt and friendly customer service, by phone and in person
- Provide information regarding community services and amenities
- Administrate and maintain Lost and Found program
- Act as a community ambassador and be the face of Sweetgrass culture and customer service
- Welcome new residents and assist with community orientation
- Maintain membership records, guest passes, and owner information
- Process membership updates and account changes
- Issue access control devices and amenity passes
- Monitor facility access and report suspicious activity
- Enforce facility access policies and procedures
- Register residents for events, classes, and activities
- Collect payments and issue receipts
- Maintain registration records
- Coordinate room rentals and reservations
- Process rental agreements and collect payments
- Coordinate setup and teardown requirements
- Process payments and maintain transaction records
- Reconcile transactions in accordance with Association procedures
