D.R. Horton is currently seeking a dedicated Online Sales Concierge to join their dynamic sales team in Austin, Texas. This full-time position focuses on converting internet leads into onsite traffic and sales, providing an essential link between potential homebuyers and onsite sales representatives. The ideal candidate will manage all incoming internet leads from the company’s website and outsourced sources, ensuring every potential customer has a positive and professional experience whether communicated with online, through live chat, or over the phone. Accuracy in updating customer information within the management database and a keen ability to qualify leads based on potential sales opportunities are critical components of this role.

The Online Sales Concierge will also be responsible for generating and interpreting important sales and marketing reports, including sales performance and marketing cost efficiency analyses. Understanding community amenities, products, and floor plans is essential to effectively communicate with prospective clients. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Additional duties include prospecting new customers via telephone, email, and mail, coordinating mass mailing lists, and conducting all business in a professional and ethical manner to uphold the company’s goodwill and profitability. Candidates should be prepared to work overtime as needed to meet business demands.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
  • ensure a positive experience to all potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone
  • convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite sales representatives
  • enter and update information in a customer management database
  • exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities
  • responsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports including intertrack, sales performance analysis, and marketing and sales cost efficiency analysis
  • generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
  • maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities
  • generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail
  • coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients
  • conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
