Joining Genmab means becoming part of a culture that promotes wellness in all aspects of life—physical, financial, social, and emotional. Full-time U.S. employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including a 401(k) plan with a 100% match on contributions up to 6%, multiple health insurance options, voluntary insurance plans, paid time off including parental leave, and various support resources such as child and adult backup care, family support programs, and financial wellness tools.
