The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.50 USD per hour.
As an On-Demand TM, you will have the unique opportunity to engage directly with guests, contributing to a welcoming and efficient shopping environment. You will not be part of a fixed weekly schedule but are expected to actively engage by accepting shifts at least once every four weeks. Absence of engagement or failure to respond to shift opportunities may result in termination of employment. Your role is critical in ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience from greeting to checkout and that the store maintains its reputation for quality and service.
This job requires you to be proactive, customer-focused, and flexible to work during peak shopping times, including nights, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods. You will participate in Target Welcome orientation and a short-term training to prepare you thoroughly for your responsibilities. Because no two days are the same, you will develop skills in guest communication, problem-solving, loyalty program promotion, and operational tasks such as scanning and bagging items, managing order pickups, and maintaining a clean work area.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Reliable and prompt attendance when scheduled
- Active engagement of shift picking at least once every four weeks
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile for the shift duration
- Compliance with cash handling and safety procedures
