Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
- Physically able to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- At least one shift worked every 4 weeks
- Ability to respond promptly to scheduling communications
- Willingness to complete Target Welcome orientation and training
- Capacity to work in varying temperature conditions
- Compliance with Target policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic proficiency with technology such as mobile apps and scanners
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests and create a welcoming experience
