Job Duties
- Ensures quality and service is at an outstanding level displaying warmth and friendliness to guests and owners
- Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Performs cashier functions ringing up purchased items
- Ensures accuracy in balancing cash, credit card and room charge transactions
- Maintains cash drawer and cash stabilizing at end of shift according to established departmental procedures
- Maintains condiment bar, coffee cadence and stock levels in production areas including stock levels and cleanliness for cups, sleeves, ice, espresso beans and brewed coffee
- Manages cafe's cleanliness by maintaining a clean and organized workspace so that staff can locate resources and product as needed and emptying any necessary garbage
- Delivers room service orders in a timely manner
