This position is a temporary office receptionist role offered on a 6-plus month contract basis in Atlanta, GA. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a crucial role in the overall client experience and office environment. The responsibilities of the Office Receptionist include greeting clients upon arrival, offering beverages, and ensuring they are comfortably settled, enhancing the customer service experience. The receptionist also coordinates client meetings by informing advisors when their clients have arrived. Handling the main phone line is another key element of this role, answering general inquiries such as directions to the office. Besides front-facing duties, the receptionist is responsible for maintaining office supplies, submitting work orders related to building maintenance, and keeping shared spaces tidy by managing kitchen tasks and organizing meeting materials.

Job Duties

  • Sit up front at reception desk
  • Greeting clients at door, offering beverages
  • Letting advisors know clients are ready to meet
  • Answer main phone line, general questions like directions to office etc
  • Stock coffee and beverages front and back of house
  • Submit work orders to building (cleaning, FOBs, Parking passes etc.)
  • Order supplies for office
  • Binding plans for meetings
  • Tidy kitchen area, load and empty dishwasher
