Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • familiarity with office equipment such as printers and copiers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • assist with document preparation and filing as needed
