The Office Administrator role at YES Communities serves as a vital link between the community residents, visitors, vendors, and the management team. Reporting directly to the Community Manager, this position demands a versatile professional capable of managing diverse office tasks. The role involves answering phones, greeting customers, preparing and distributing correspondence, maintaining organized office files, and handling office supplies. Additionally, the Office Administrator processes resident payments and assists with the setup of electronic payment systems. The individual in this position also supports the Community Manager in completing projects punctually and contributes to creating a positive atmosphere within the community. This role requires excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant industry software.

Job Requirements
- A valid in-state driver’s license is required
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous administration or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry specific software products

Job Duties
- Assists residents, visitors, and vendors with inquiries and requests in person and via phone
- Prepares and distributes resident correspondence
- Administers office operations including but not limited to maintaining files, office inventory, documentation processing and scheduling
- Inputs and schedules resident maintenance requests including work orders and home inspections
- Collects payments from residents and assists with electronic payment set-up
- Assists with the move-in and move-out processes as directed by the manager
- Assists with planning and coordinating resident relations events
- Additional duties as assigned by management and are subject to change
