The Office Administrator is responsible for managing payroll and human resources-related administrative tasks and recordkeeping for all center associates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. In addition, this position requires maintaining financial accounts including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, and handling cash operations in strict compliance with company standards. The role also involves promoting an outstanding customer experience by enforcing Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through continued training and oversight.

Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
- 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

Job Duties
- Assist front office teammates with necessary tools and training
- Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping

- Ensure the consistent application of Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring
- Deliver world-class customer service to all customers
