Mission Heritage Medical Group is a respected and growing multi-specialty medical group serving the vibrant communities of south Orange County, California. The group is comprised of over 150 dedicated physicians who work collaboratively to provide personalized, high-quality care through innovative programs. With a reputation for excellence, the group delivers a broad range of medical services including primary care, women's health, cardiology, radiology, and urgent care, catering to the diverse needs of the community. Known for its commitment to compassionate care and clinical excellence, Mission Heritage Medical Group stands as an essential healthcare provider in the region.

This opportunity is for a full-time, board-eligible or board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist who will provide expert care across three outpatient clinics located in Mission Viejo, Rancho Mission Viejo, and San Clemente. The delivery services take place at the Mission Viejo Hospital, a facility equipped with the latest technology and staffed by experienced personnel to support a variety of obstetric and gynecologic procedures. As part of the clinical team, you will practice in a collegial and supportive environment surrounded by well-trained OB/GYN partners, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering outstanding women's health services.

The role involves a comprehensive scope of clinical activities including performing OB/GYN ultrasounds, lab testing, fetal monitoring, as well as procedures such as cervical biopsies, robotic surgeries, laparoscopies, and deliveries. Notably, the Mission Viejo clinic additionally offers bone density screenings, enhancing the preventative care services available to patients. The practice environment emphasizes mentorship and professional development, making it an excellent setting for both new graduates and experienced physicians seeking to join a stable and well-established medical group.

This position offers a Monday through Friday full-time schedule, promoting a balanced work-life dynamic. Financial incentives include competitive compensation ranging from $307,042 to $438,019 annually, which encompasses productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, hospital and emergency department call stipends, as well as additional shift incentives where applicable. The compensation package also features relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, and eligibility for federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), supporting financial wellness for new and transitioning physicians.

Mission Viejo itself is a beautiful master-planned community renowned for its scenic surroundings and high quality of life. Situated in the Saddleback Valley, this city blends access to the Pacific Ocean with nearby natural foothills. Residents enjoy upscale shopping, recreational activities including golfing and hiking, and serene parks and lakes, making it an attractive location for medical professionals and their families.

Physicians joining Mission Heritage Medical Group become part of Providence, a nationally recognized health care organization operating across seven states. Providence's mission focuses on delivering compassionate care, particularly to the poor and vulnerable populations. With over 119,000 caregivers and employees, and an extensive network of hospitals, clinics, and social services, Providence embodies a unified commitment to extraordinary health care systems and community wellbeing. Working with such an acclaimed organization provides access to resources, career growth, and a strong professional network.

In summary, this role offers a rare blend of clinical excellence, a supportive team environment, competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and an exceptional lifestyle in one of Southern California's prime communities.
