We are actively seeking part-time and full-time Nutrition Care Associates who are passionate about supporting exceptional resident care in a senior living setting. This role is crucial in delivering compassionate dining services within the Health Services Departments, which include Assisted Living, Memory Support, and Health Care units. Nutrition Care Associates play a vital role in enhancing residents' dining experiences by ensuring that meal services are executed with attention to dietary requirements, safety, and individualized preferences. Candidates with experience in senior living environments such as long-term care, assisted living, or memory support will find this opportunity rewarding and impactful.
The Nutrition Care Associate position offers an hourly wage ranging from $15 to $20, depending on experience and employment status. This role also provides the flexibility of part-time or full-time schedules, making it suitable for individuals seeking adaptable work hours. Beyond fulfilling direct resident service duties, Nutrition Care Associates contribute significantly to maintaining sanitation standards and infection control protocols within dining areas, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for residents and staff alike. Overall, this role requires a compassionate, patient, and attentive approach, as well as strong communication skills to effectively liaise with residents, nursing staff, dietary teams, and families. At Harbor's Edge, Nutrition Care Associates are integral to delivering a resident-centered, respectful dining experience that aligns with the community’s mission of enhancing the quality of life for older adults.
