Job Requirements
- BSN graduate of an approved College of Nursing
- Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration or related field, or plan for completion within a specific period of time
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- Two to four years of nurse manager experience in a comparable hospital setting
- Ability to work cooperatively with executives, physicians, and team members
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Competence in managing complex patient care coordination
Job Qualifications

- Previous 2-4 years experience as a Nurse Manager in a hospital of comparable size and/or accountability

- Able to communicate effectively in writing and orally
- Skilled in coordinating and integrating complexities of patient care
