The Nurse Manager position at Redlands Community Hospital is a critical leadership role within the Telemetry Unit, responsible for overseeing specialty nursing services that ensure high-quality care in a complex and fast-paced clinical environment. This full-time role offers an attractive salary range between $136,697.60 and $198,203.20 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Reporting directly to the Telemetry Director, the Nurse Manager provides 24-hour accountability for coordinating nursing care delivery, maintaining patient care standards, and adhering to hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.

The Nurse Manager leads the Telemetry Unit by managing nursing personnel assignments tailored to the skillsets, experience, and temperament of staff, alongside the acuity of patients, thereby fostering an efficient and safe environment for care delivery.
