The Nurse Manager position at Crittenton's Children Center, part of Saint Luke's residential team, presents a remarkable leadership opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses ready to advance their careers in a dynamic healthcare setting. This full-time day role typically operates Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend responsibilities. The role requires a dedicated and experienced RN with a minimum of two years of acute hospital care experience, and behavioral healthcare experience is preferred. Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) is also favored. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for leading nursing staff, modeling leadership competencies such as professionalism, innovation, adaptability, sound decision-making, and independent judgment. This role is crucial in developing, implementing, and assessing patient care practices in alignment with strategic goals, ensuring care excellence in a patient-centered and healing environment. The position demands collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and staff engagement, while also maintaining clinical competencies as needed. Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in science in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience
