The Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager role is designed for a passionate and visionary leader ready to oversee a dynamic, fast-paced obstetric unit managing approximately 350 to 500 births monthly. This position is integral to the delivery of comprehensive care across labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum phases. Reporting directly to the Director of Women's Services, the Nurse Manager will lead a dedicated team of about 25 full-time employees, overseeing daily operations, staff development, and spearheading quality improvement initiatives. Job Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Minimum five years of labor and delivery nursing experience
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
