The Nurse Manager position at Mercy's Main Operating Room is a pivotal leadership role within the surgical services team. Job Requirements

  • Current RN license
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Progressive perioperative leadership experience
  • Ability to manage a high-volume surgical department
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Capability to foster staff engagement and professional development

Job Qualifications

  • Current RN license
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Progressive leadership experience in perioperative services
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Leadership experience in a Level I Trauma Center or large surgical services environment preferred
  • CNOR certification preferred
