The Nurse Manager position within the Imaging Department at Mercy Hospital Springfield is a full-time, day-shift role, offering Monday through Friday work schedules. Job Requirements
- Education: BSN preferred
- experience: 3 or more years of nursing
- license(s): current registered nurse license in applicable state
- certification(s): basic life support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion within 30 days of hire
- strong leadership and management experience
- effective communication skills
- ability to manage patient flow and hospital resources
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- minimum of three years nursing experience
- valid Registered Nurse license in applicable state
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire
- demonstrated leadership and management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
