As one of the fastest-growing chicken concepts in the United States, Raising Cane's has positioned itself to become a Top 10 Restaurant Brand nationwide. The company is deeply rooted in a Work Hard. Have Fun. philosophy, fostering a vibrant and engaging culture that values every team member's contribution. Each Crewmember plays a vital role in contributing to the rapid growth and continued success of the brand, creating an inclusive environment where individuals are empowered to Raise The Bar with every shift and customer interaction.

Raising Cane's is currently hiring Restaurant Managers who are passionate about food service and leadership. This full-time position typically offers an initial pay range between $20.00 and $23.50 per hour, depending on location, experience, and other factors. The Restaurant Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Restaurant Leader with day-to-day operations while upholding the brand’s core standards and culture. This role requires hands-on management of shift operations, cash handling, team direction, and customer service excellence.

The physical demands of this position include working in a fast-paced kitchen and dining room environment, which requires sustained physical exertion such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending. Managers will often work inside and outside under varying temperatures and conditions, handling food products, allergens, and industrial equipment with the use of appropriate protective gear.

The role of Restaurant Manager includes being the acting manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant, overseeing cash accountability, and ensuring the restaurant meets Raising Cane’s performance, operations, and safety standards during every shift. Managers are responsible for enforcing company policies, facilitating shift briefings, utilizing operational tools and logs, and maintaining cleanliness and overall facility upkeep. Leadership involves directing crewmembers, authorizing necessary employee functions, and encouraging a reward and recognition culture among the team.

Raising Cane’s offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time Restaurant Managers, which includes medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage, along with dependent care and healthcare flexible spending accounts. The company provides life and disability insurance, hospital indemnity, accident and critical illness coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer match (for employees aged 21 and older). Additional benefits include access to financial advisors for budgeting and retirement planning, a gym membership program, tuition reimbursement, and a crewmember assistance program. Pet insurance and various perks and rewards programs further enhance the compensation package.

Restaurant Managers at Raising Cane’s receive weekly or bi-weekly pay depending on state regulations, competitive wages with monthly bonus eligibility, paid time off and sick leave, plus eight paid holidays annually. The role also allows for casual work attire and offers employee discounts, adding to the engaging work environment that embodies the company’s culture.

Successful candidates will be self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, alongside proficiency with Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning new technology. Candidates must be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, and willing to travel for work-related events and training. Previous experience of at least one year in restaurant or retail management, a high school diploma or equivalent, and being at least 18 years old are required.

Joining Raising Cane's as a Restaurant Manager means entering a collaborative, fast-growing company committed to quality, culture, and career growth.
