Job Description
Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a well-established and rapidly growing restaurant brand renowned for serving high-quality chicken finger meals that emphasize taste, freshness, and simplicity. Known affectionately as "One Love," Raising Cane's holds a distinctive reputation within the fast-casual dining sector, offering a unique culture that values hard work and enjoyment—embodied in their Work Hard. Have Fun. philosophy. As one of the fastest-growing chicken concepts in the United States, Raising Cane's is on track to becoming a Top 10 Restaurant Brand nationally. This ambitious growth is supported by a committed team of employees, or Crewmembers, who are integral to the company's success and community presence. The organization prioritizes employee engagement, personal development, and operational excellence, striving to maintain a distinctive customer experience and uphold its core values throughout every location.
The role of Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader at Raising Cane's represents a unique management opportunity within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position is tailored for individuals passionate about operational leadership and training, particularly in preparing new restaurants for successful openings and ongoing business operations. The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader bridges the gap between strategic planning and hands-on restaurant management. Uniquely responsible for directing the training team and overseeing the development of trainers, this role ensures that Raising Cane's standards and culture are thoroughly embedded in every facet of restaurant operations.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond day-to-day management, encompassing support for new restaurant openings (NRO) by managing setup, staff training, and organizational procedures before and after opening. You will have direct oversight of hourly restaurant managers and Assistant Restaurant Leaders during deployments, ensuring consistency and excellence in operational performance. Leadership in this role involves executing shift management with a strong focus on operational and safety standards, performing thorough restaurant performance observations, and actively engaging in corrective actions to sustain optimal profitability and customer satisfaction.
This position encourages innovation and strategic contributions to restaurant operations, requiring a flexible, highly energetic individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a swiftly changing restaurant environment. The physical demands are consistent with frontline restaurant operations, including extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, and bending, often in varying temperature conditions and in proximity to food products, commercial cleaning supplies, and industrial equipment.
This full-time role offers a competitive base salary starting from $57,500, with potential earnings through a Restaurant Monthly Incentive Program, allowing total target compensation to potentially reach up to $93,696. Salary is commensurate with location, experience, and qualifications. Raising Cane's provides a comprehensive benefits package for full-time managers, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverages, financial planning resources, tuition reimbursement, and more. Weekly pay coupled with perks such as paid time off, holiday pay, and employee discount programs further enhance the appeal of this position.
Joining Raising Cane's as a Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader means becoming part of a culture that values your contributions and offers robust opportunities for career advancement. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of both established and emerging restaurant locations, thriving in an environment that values leadership, operational excellence, and the unparalleled quality of Raising Cane's customer experience.
