Raising Cane's offers competitive compensation, starting with a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Additionally, this position qualifies for the Restaurant Monthly Incentive Program, which could elevate the Total Target Cash to between $92,696 and $102,696 annually. This incentive program rewards employees based on restaurant performance, profitability, and eligibility criteria, allowing high achievers to maximize their earning potential. The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader role at Raising Cane's is pivotal in supporting new restaurant openings (NRO) and leading the training and development of restaurant managers and Assistant Restaurant Leaders. This position provides operational leadership before and after restaurant openings to ensure that Raising Cane's standards and culture are upheld. The role demands strong leadership skills, the ability to function in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and direct interaction with customers. Physical demands include extended periods of walking, standing, lifting, bending, and working both inside and outside in varying temperatures. The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader oversees the training team, leads the new restaurant setup process, enforces company policies and standards, executes shift management, monitors restaurant performance through observation and corrective actions, supports strategic planning, and completes additional assigned duties. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable individual capable of managing multiple priorities under changing conditions. Candidates should be self-driven, energetic, strong communicators, and proficient with technology, particularly Microsoft Office applications. The position requires flexibility in working shifts, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to travel for training and work-related functions. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), have a valid driver's license, and bring at least three years of restaurant or retail management experience. Knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, people management, and cost control is essential. Experience with new restaurant openings is preferred but not required. Job Duties

  • Leads the training team and oversees trainer development
  • Leads the new restaurant setup and organization and ensures full and accurate completion
  • Enforces Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • Executes shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
  • Performs restaurant performance standards observation walks and uses tools to document results and take corrective action when needed
  • Supports in strategy planning and execution in all areas of operations
  • Completes other duties as assigned
