Molak Corporation is a distinguished company that operates across a variety of sectors including restaurants, music venues, retail stores, and real estate within Central Texas. The company is known for its unique and iconic Texan brands and venues, which deliver authentic experiences that capture the spirit and culture of Texas. With a workforce of more than 700 dedicated employees, Molak Corporation emphasizes core values such as care, curiosity, commitment, and collaboration, which guide the company’s operations and the way employees interact with guests and each other.

The company strongly focuses on creating environments that foster genuine connections between people. By prioritizing the well-being of its employees, Molak Corporation ensures that its staff can provide exceptional service experiences to customers. The company continually improves its systems and processes to promote efficient and effective operations, maintaining its position as a leader in hospitality and entertainment in the Central Texas region.

Cantina Del Rio, one of the establishments under Molak Corporation, is a well-loved restaurant situated in the historic and picturesque town of Gruene, Texas, near the Guadalupe River and iconic Gruene Hall. Established in 2010, Cantina Del Rio has become a local favorite for visitors seeking authentic Texan cuisine in a relaxed outdoor setting shaded by oak trees, offering the best margarita in New Braunfels for twelve consecutive years. It is a popular spot for people looking to enjoy classic tacos and burgers, especially after river floats or before attending shows at Gruene Hall.

The server position at Cantina Del Rio plays a vital role in the guest experience by providing attentive, friendly, and welcoming service to all patrons. Servers are responsible for educating guests about menu offerings, taking and processing food and beverage orders with accuracy, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in accordance with health standards. This hospitality role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The position offers competitive pay and opportunities to work within a strong, engaged team that values the legendary reputation and unique atmosphere of this iconic Texas brand.

Working at Cantina Del Rio allows employees to be part of a vibrant community and legacy, combining excellent food, great drinks, live music, and a welcoming atmosphere. The job also offers flexibility with scheduling, comprehensive healthcare options, and benefits designed to support employees' overall wellness and professional growth. For individuals passionate about Texan hospitality and culture, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to create memorable experiences for guests while contributing to a respected and thriving business.
