We are currently seeking a full-time server to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of service and care that our residents expect. The server will be responsible for serving food to residents both in the dining room and in their rooms, ensuring timely and courteous service at all times. In addition to serving, the role includes bussing tables, prepping meal trays, and performing light cleaning duties such as dishwashing. Servers will also take resident meal orders via tablet, promoting accuracy and efficiency in order handling. We are committed to training the right candidate to become an outstanding server, so previous experience is preferred but not mandatory. Open availability is highly desired as shifts may vary. We offer one full-time and one part-time position, emphasizing flexibility and commitment in our staffing needs.

This position offers a competitive pay rate starting from $17.13 per hour. Employees enjoy a range of benefits including a free meal with every shift, paid time off that begins accruing from the first day of employment and is available for use after 90 days, and full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance after 90 days of employment.
