The company's strong commitment to its workforce, advanced technology, and client-centered processes has established it as a trusted leader in the environmental services industry.
SCA is actively seeking Non-CDL Parking Lot Sweepers to join its dedicated team. This role is vital in maintaining clean, safe, and visually appealing parking lots and shopping centers, contributing directly to community well-being and client satisfaction. Employees in this position work with specialized parking lot sweepers, operating equipment efficiently and safely to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and environmental stewardship. This full-time role offers a competitive pay range between $15.50 and $18.00 per hour, with weekly pay periods.
Beyond competitive wages, the position includes a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and growth of its employees. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and holidays—benefits which may vary depending on location. SCA also provides additional perks, such as short-term and long-term disability coverage, indemnity insurance, opportunities for career advancement, and a nurturing workplace culture rooted in respect and teamwork.
As a Non-CDL Parking Lot Sweeper at SCA, employees take ownership of assigned routes, including various parking lots and shopping centers. Their responsibilities involve reviewing and executing routes promptly, conducting safety inspections before and after each shift to ensure equipment integrity, and adhering to all traffic laws and site protocols. Team members must also document and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns, communicate professionally with supervisors and clients, and reliably maintain a consistent work schedule.
SCA emphasizes adaptability, problem-solving, and reliability as key attributes in this role, acknowledging that business needs evolve and require flexibility. Working with SCA offers employees the chance to be part of a mission-driven organization that values accountability, high-quality service delivery, and sustainability. The company officially promotes a culture that cares deeply about both community impact and employee satisfaction, making it an attractive workplace for those passionate about environmental services and community health.
For individuals looking to join a reputable and established environmental services company, SCA provides a unique opportunity. Being a part of the SCA team means contributing to cleaner, safer, and more sustainable communities while enjoying a supportive work environment and a robust benefits package. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a responsible attitude towards work and safety, SCA encourages you to apply and join their national mission. SCA is sweeping the nation—you can too, by becoming part of a team that values professionalism, effectiveness, and community commitment.
