The Warehouse and Driver Technician (Non-CDL) role at Encore supports critical warehouse operations and the smooth execution of delivery and transportation projects. The job involves handling inbound and outbound order processing, including the accurate receipt, labeling, packaging, and shipping of products. The Technician will operate various types of industrial forklifts, such as sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, stock pickers, and powered pallet jacks, supporting efficient material handling. Additionally, the role requires operating company vehicles for delivery purposes, necessitating a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections are essential tasks to promote safety and regulatory compliance.
