Currently, TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to support local delivery operations based in Chelsea, Massachusetts. The role involves operating a 26ft refrigerated box truck to deliver a diverse range of high-quality refrigerated food products, including fresh produce, specialty foods, meats, dairy, and chef-prepped Fresh Cuts. Deliveries are made to commercial businesses, restaurants, schools, office buildings, and markets primarily within the local region covering Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and occasionally extending to Cape Cod and Portland areas.

The work schedule typically follows a Monday through Saturday routine, usually with five-day work weeks and one midweek day off, though six-day weeks may sometimes be required. Shifts start early at 5:00 AM and generally last about 10 hours per day. Compensation is competitive, offering $20 per hour with overtime pay after 40 hours, plus eligibility for weekly safety and attendance bonuses upon conversion to permanent status. Drivers will perform necessary handling of goods using hand carts or pallet jacks, with physical requirements such as lifting and navigating stairs as part of routine deliveries. This position requires a clean driving record, adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations, and experience driving box trucks, preferably 26ft refrigerated vans.
