Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide second-level operational support for network, system, and application incidents within the NOC environment
  • Actively analyze alerts and incidents to diagnose root causes and perform remediation within defined authority and procedures
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering or vendor teams with clear documentation, impact analysis, and troubleshooting details
  • Support network devices, servers, virtualization platforms, cloud services, and critical business applications
  • Monitor SLA adherence, incident trends, and recurring issues
  • recommend operational improvements
  • Participate in incident bridges during major outages and contribute to restoration efforts and post-incident reviews
  • Execute and validate planned changes, patches, and maintenance activities during approved change windows
  • Update and improve runbooks, escalation paths, and operational documentation
  • Assist with mentoring NOC Administrators and reviewing incident handling quality
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to improve system stability and monitoring coverage
