Operating 35 communities across the Western United States, MBK specializes in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services. The company is widely recognized for its commitment to creating vibrant, caring environments where seniors can thrive and feel valued. MBK Senior Living has earned accolades such as being ranked among the Top 50 Best Workplaces in Aging Services by Fortune magazine and maintaining a Great Place to Work certification since 2017. This reflects MBK's dedication not only to residents but also to its team members, fostering a culture of respect, growth, and high standards.

The company culture is deeply rooted in the Japanese concept of Yoi Shigoto, which translates to "good, quality work." This philosophy drives everything at MBK Senior Living, from daily operations to long-term strategic goals, ensuring that the experience delivered is of the highest quality and positively impacts all stakeholders. The environment is dynamic and energetic, grounded in hospitality and excellent service, and emphasizes professional development through mentoring, coaching, educational assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

The role of the Night Concierge at MBK Senior Living is a pivotal position that contributes significantly to the residents' experience and overall community atmosphere. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, working Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm to 6 am, offering a pay rate ranging from $24 to $27 per hour depending on experience. There is a temporary-to-permanent possibility, providing an excellent opportunity for continuous employment within a supportive and rewarding workplace.

As a Night Concierge, you will be the welcoming face during the evening hours, ensuring that residents, families, visitors, and staff receive exceptional attention and service. This position is integral in setting a warm, professional tone for the community during the night shift and involves handling various administrative and operational tasks that keep the community running smoothly and safely during these hours.

Your responsibilities will include greeting and engaging with residents and guests in a friendly manner, facilitating tours and inquiries related to the community, managing incoming calls and requests efficiently, and supporting residents and families by responding promptly to their needs. You will coordinate community activities and maintain a calm, secure environment in line with MBK's safety and regulatory policies. Additionally, you will assist with administrative duties such as handling mail and packages, managing messaging systems, and ensuring the reception area reflects the community's welcoming spirit.

This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to remain composed under pressure, and a commitment to teamwork aligned with MBK's core values. The ideal candidate must have a positive, polished demeanor and a passion for helping others, contributing to the overall mission of enriching lives through outstanding service. Beyond the immediate responsibilities, the Concierge is a crucial part of a larger team dedicated to making MBK Senior Living the provider of choice in senior living services.

MBK offers a rich benefits package to full-time employees, including medical, dental, vision coverage, and 401k matching up to 4 percent. Additional perks include childcare and eldercare assistance, flexible spending accounts, team member discounts, financial and legal services, comprehensive wellness resources, and ongoing professional development opportunities. These benefits illustrate MBK's commitment to supporting its team members both personally and professionally, ensuring a balanced and rewarding employment experience.

If you are looking for a meaningful career that combines your passion for helping others with a supportive and growth-oriented workplace, the Night Concierge position at MBK Senior Living is an excellent choice.
