The role of Warehouse Supervisor at Breakthru Beverage Group is a critical position within the Market Operations job family. This full-time role involves directing and supervising the workforce responsible for loading cases of wine and spirits onto delivery trucks, maintaining inventory, and overseeing the receipt and storage of products in the warehouse. The Warehouse Supervisor coordinates activities related to verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing items for staging or shipment, and ensuring efficient logistical processes to meet scheduled dispatch times. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage and develop warehouse associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA standards.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining operational efficiency by minimizing product breakage during the loading and unloading processes and ensuring accurate inventory management. Key responsibilities also include reporting any damage or shortages, organizing floor space according to storage design principles, and recommending improvements for warehouse operations. This supervisory role demands excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment. The Warehouse Supervisor must utilize sound judgment to handle beverage alcohol products responsibly while enforcing security procedures and company policies.

Compensation for this role ranges between $73,950.00 and $81,075.00, with eligibility to participate in an annual bonus plan. Job Duties

  • Ensure efficient truck loading process including picking orders and loading of trucks while minimizing breakage
  • Report damage to equipment, product, and facilities
  • Maintain storage area and organize floor space adhering to storage design principles
  • Ensure efficient unloading of trucks and accurate receipt of products into the system
  • Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing and shipping regulations
  • Directly supervise associates including training, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining
  • Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
