Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in related business area
Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Analytic and reporting skills
Utilizes sound judgement and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in related business area

Results-oriented professional with verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines

People management experience preferred
Knowledge of logistics systems preferred

Job Duties

Ensure efficient truck loading process including picking orders and loading of trucks while minimizing breakage
Report damage to equipment, product, and facilities
Maintain storage area and organize floor space adhering to storage design principles
Ensure efficient unloading of trucks and accurate receipt of products into the system
Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing and shipping regulations
Directly supervise associates including training, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining
Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
