The Warehouse Manager role at Breakthru Beverage Group is a pivotal position responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the warehouse facilities. This role requires leadership and the ability to manage the daily activities of warehouse associates, including scheduling and training personnel to safely use machinery and adhere to company and OSHA safety standards. The manager oversees receiving, storage, picking, loading, and returns processes, ensuring that all inventory transactions are smoothly executed according to schedule and efficiency metrics. Part of the role is to handle reporting and investigation of damages to products, equipment, or facilities, coordinating necessary repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime and operational interruptions.

In addition to overseeing operational tasks, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing warehouse staff, guiding their performance with coaching, evaluations, and counseling when necessary to foster a positive workplace culture.
