The hotel operates with a comprehensive approach integrating front office services, food and beverage operations, and general management collaboration to create seamless service delivery. The working environment is dynamic, often requiring flexibility to meet varying business demands with a proactive and dedicated team.
The role offered is for a Night Manager on Duty (MOD), a pivotal position that oversees nightly operations to ensure smooth functioning during the evening shift. This is a PM shift position with a starting annual salary of $60,000. The hours may vary slightly according to the needs of the business, and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule is important. The ideal candidate will have a high work ethic, demonstrate initiative, and make independent decisions confidently. Regular attendance and punctuality are expected, alongside maintaining focus and completing tasks efficiently even when facing frequent interruptions. The position also requires standing and walking for varying lengths of time, indicating a need for physical stamina.
