We are currently seeking a dedicated Night Manager to join our Front Office team. This role is critical in overseeing the hotel's night operations and ensuring seamless service delivery during the late hours. The Night Manager will be responsible for completing the nightly Manager on Duty (MOD) checklist, managing guest relations with a focus on resolving any issues effectively, and handling any emergencies that arise overnight with utmost authority and professionalism. The ideal candidate should be a proactive problem solver with strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of front office operations, including the use of the MICROS system for transaction management. In addition to these core responsibilities, the Night Manager will collaborate closely with various departments such as Engineering, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage, ensuring interdepartmental communication and operational coherence. They will also provide support to departments experiencing staffing shortages, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. This role demands someone who is versatile and knowledgeable enough to perform all duties of the Front Office staff, maintaining high standards of service at all times.
