Job Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time shifts Monday through Friday and some weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • Serves meals and prepares for delivery using correct portioning and ensuring food is at the correct temperature
  • Uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains records from area worked
  • Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures
  • Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and ensures proper storage of food and supplies
  • Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
  • Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
  • Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies
  • Reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents immediately
  • Performs other duties as assigned
