Job Description
We are a leading company specializing in lifestyle, boutique hotels, and restaurants. Our expertise lies in crafting meaningful guest experiences through attentive service, elegant design, and genuine hospitality. We believe that from the moment guests arrive, they should be greeted with personalized, thoughtful service that makes them feel welcome and valued. Our commitment to excellence ensures that every interaction contributes to a memorable experience, fostering loyalty and satisfaction among our clientele. Our team is composed of innovators and passionate professionals dedicated to creating unique and high-quality hospitality settings where both guests and team members thrive.
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join the opening team at Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection, a new lifestyle boutique hotel set to open in September 2026 in Rogers, Arkansas. This position involves critical responsibilities such as balancing daily financial transactions, supporting overnight guest needs, and maintaining smooth hotel operations during overnight hours. As a Night Auditor, you will act as both a guest service representative and the operational backbone of the hotel when activity is quieter but no less important. Your role is essential in ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and providing a safe, inviting environment for guests who require assistance at any hour.
Joining the opening team is a unique opportunity to influence the hotel's culture, set service standards, and create exceptional guest experiences from day one. As part of this team, you will contribute to establishing the foundation for a hotel that guests, the community, and team members will take pride in for many years. This role is ideal for professionals who value precision, responsibility, and consistency, and who enjoy working independently as well as part of a dedicated team. If you have experience in hotel front office or accounting operations, or if you are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic hospitality setting, this opportunity is perfect for you. You will be instrumental in shaping traditions, celebrating milestones, and becoming a key member of a passionate group committed to genuine hospitality and operational excellence.
