The company's brand standards encourage uniformity, safety, and operational efficiency to create a superior lodging experience for travelers.

The Night Auditor position at Mid-Continent Hospitality is a pivotal overnight role that combines front desk operations with daily audit responsibilities. The position also involves maintaining communication with other hotel departments, including security, to foster a safe environment. Familiarity with hotel policies, procedures, and security protocols is essential to performing this role effectively. The Night Auditor must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in computer systems related to hotel operations. Although the job is overnight, the Night Auditor's work shifts directly support a positive guest experience and operational accuracy, making it a crucial aspect of the hotel's success and reputation. Candidates with some supervisory experience and a willingness to engage in a fast-paced, dynamic environment will find this role both challenging and rewarding.
