Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- standing and walking for 6-8 hours daily
- ability to use hands for grasping, pushing, and pulling
- able to perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions
- exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions

Job Duties
- Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares
- maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area
- assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products
- arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings
- provides excellent customer service and addresses needs of customers promptly
- answers phones and pages courteously
- maximizes sales potential through effective prepping and merchandising
- follows and complies with established health, sanitation, and safety procedures
- maintains clean and sanitary work environment and equipment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- reports safety hazards immediately
- performs other duties as assigned by leadership
