Currently, we are seeking an experienced Neapolitan Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is pivotal in upholding the highest standards of Neapolitan pizza making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an unwavering passion for traditional pizza craftsmanship, an expert understanding of dough fermentation processes, and mastery in managing high-heat wood-fired ovens. This position demands precision, efficiency, and a strong ability to maintain quality under the pressures of a busy kitchen environment. As our Neapolitan Pizza Chef, you will take full responsibility for the preparation and execution of authentic pizzas cooked at high temperatures (typically between 800-900 degrees Fahrenheit) ensuring every pizza is consistent and of superior quality. Your expertise will also extend to managing oven timing, rotation, and firing techniques critical to achieving the signature Neapolitan pizza characteristics. The role requires collaboration with the kitchen staff, particularly during peak service hours, and assisting with kitchen prep, ordering, and inventory management as needed. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. Job Duties

  • Execute pizzas quickly while maintaining strict quality standards
