We are currently seeking a National Fragrance Expert to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the premier voice and face of our prestigious fragrance collections across the nation. The National Fragrance Expert will function as a vital bridge between corporate strategic initiatives and field execution, playing a critical role in driving multi-brand business growth. This position involves training education teams and store staff through compelling "train-the-trainer" programs that enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and storytelling about fragrance notes and structures.
The ideal candidate will also excel at developing and nurturing high-value client relationships, employing CRM best practices to bolster client retention and repeat purchases. Leading and coordinating experiential and premium client events are core to this role, including orchestrating omni-channel event strategies from intimate masterclasses to large-scale corporate partnerships. The National Fragrance Expert will also serve as an in-house influencer, skillfully using both offline artistry and digital platforms, such as social media, to elevate brand awareness, recruit new clientele, and cultivate a loyal community.
This position requires a highly collaborative individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for luxury beauty and fragrance. This role is offered on an hourly basis with rates ranging from $35 to $45 per hour, depending on location and experience. It necessitates regional and national travel to facilitate seminars, events, and store visits and requires physical stamina to work on sales floors and manage event logistics.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in luxury retail or beauty education
- Strong public speaking and training capabilities
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficient with social media and digital engagement tools
- Ability to travel extensively
- Multi-lingual skills preferred
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, navigating stairs and ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly
Job Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in luxury retail, beauty education, or brand representation focused on luxury fragrances
- Proven expertise in curriculum delivery, public speaking, and leading large group seminars or masterclasses
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to tackle business challenges innovatively
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with retail managers and corporate partners
- Active, polished presence on social media with digital marketing knowledge
- Commitment to delivering premium, service-driven client experiences
- Willingness to travel regionally and nationally
- Multi-lingual abilities highly preferred
